Using our products

You may use our products only in line with these terms, any product-specific terms, and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your login details and the activity that happens under your account. You must not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our products.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some products require an account or a paid subscription. Fees, billing intervals and trial terms are shown at the point of sign-up. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those stores under their terms, and you can manage or cancel them in your store account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into our products. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content so we can provide the product to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our products available and reliable, but we provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
